There's a difference from someone who is trained to inspect and someone with actual knowledge and experience from working in the construction industry. Jose was able to identify two huge items I believe the previous inspectors would've overlooked and saved us thousands of dollars. I won't hire another inspector besides Jose and quite frankly you shouldn't either. "
